ADA provides technical and/or financial support to professional microfinance association institutions and networks. The programme started in 2007. In 2010, an evaluation of ADA’s programme for professional microfinance association institutions and networks took place. Based on this evaluation, a new methodology has been elaborated and implemented since 2011. The programme focuses now on individual support of mainly national and nascent or developing associations. Nevertheless, regional workshops favouring exchanges and peer-learning continue to be part of the activities.
